These markings aren't as easily passed to offspring.

Shadow | Luminous
Shadow is a marking that darkens most of the front half of the Cainomen and most of the tail.
Luminous is a marking that lightens most of the front half of the Cainomen and most of the tail.
These are not interchangeable genes, they just act similarly.
Can be soft edged.
Range
Max Range- Dark Grey
Min Range- Black

Spots
Spots are a marking that creates dark spots on the Cainomen’s coat.
Can be darker than the base coat or be a different color.
Cannot be blurred enough to be mistaken for Dirt.
Cannot look like Dalmatian where Dalmatian isn't present.
Can be hard edged or textured.
Range
Can appear anywhere on the body.
Example
Banner
Banner is a streak of color across the sides of a Cainomen.
Can be darker or lighter than the base coat or be a different color.
Can reach from the face all the way to the tail tip.
Can be hard, textured or soft edged.
Range
Max Range- Dark Grey
Suggested Min Range- Black

Brindle
Dark messy stripes along the coat.
Should not look like Tiger Stripes.
Can be textured or soft edged.
Range
Can appear anywhere on the body.

Piebald
Piebald is a marking that covers all genes with white/light cream, but has holes in it that show other genes through.
Make sure some genes are visible.
You can add pink tones to paw pads that are touched by piebald.
Can be hard edged or textured.
Range
Max Range:
Can appear anywhere on the body.
Patches are more common toward the top of a Cainomen.
Minimum Range:
Has to cover at least 25% of the Cainomen.

Peepers
A marking that looks like eyes.
Can be any color or similar to the base coat.
You can use 1-4 colors.
Has to be round or teardrop shaped, only choose 1 style of eyes to use.
Cannot look Like Leopard where Leopard isn't present.
Can be Hard Edged or Textured.
Range
Can appear anywhere on the Cainomen.
Cannot cover more than 25% of the body.
